안녕하십니까 한국화학물질관리협회입니다.
현재 개제되어있는 화평법 영문 ( Act on the Registration and evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances)의 내용 중 수정사항이 있어 문의드립니다.
현재 2조 (Article 2) 8항과 9항의 내용이 동일하게 영문화가 되어있음을 알려드립니다.
2013년 8월에 배포된 자료에는
8항 “Restricted substance” means a chemical substance
designated and announced by the Minister of Environment
after having consultation with the head of relevant central
administrative organ pursuant to Article 27 and
deliberation by the Chemical Substance Evaluation
Committee pursuant to Article 7 as one deemed highly risky
if used for a specific purpose and thus required to be
prohibited from its manufacture, importation, sales,
keeping, storage, transport or use for that purpose.
9항 “Prohibited substance” means a chemical substance
designated and announced by the Minister of Environment
after having consultation with the head of relevant central
administrative organ pursuant to Article 27 and the
deliberation by the Chemical Substance Evaluation
Committee pursuant to Article 7 as one deemed highly risky
and thus required to be prohibited from its manufacture,
importation, sales, keeping, storage, transport or use for
any purpose.
