	Asian Forum of Legislative Information Affairs ‘ 제2회 아시아법제포럼 홍보와 협력을 위해 법제처장, 솔브릿지(SOLBRIDGE) 국제대학 방문’ The Minister of Government Legislation visited the SolBridge International School of Business to promote the 2nd Asian Forum of Legislative Information Affairs and seek cooperation for the forum. 법제처(정선태 처장)는 지난 3월 15일 우송대학교와 솔브릿지(SOLBRIDGE) 국제대학(존 에디컷 총장)을 방문하여, 존 에디컷 총장이 직접 참석한 가운데 아시아국가 등의 유학생을 대상으로 법제처의 기능 및 주요 사업에 대한 소개와 제2회 아시아법제포럼에 대한 설명회를 가졌다. The Ministry of Government Legislation(Jeong, Sun-tae, Minister of Government Legislation) visited Woosong University and SolBridge International School of Business(president, John E. Endicott) on May 15. Officer of MOLEG introduced the function and major projects of the Ministry of Government Legislation and had an explanatory meeting on the 2nd Asian Forum of Legislative Information Affairs in the presence of President John Endicott to international students from Asian nations. (제2회 아시아법제포럼 설명회에 참석한 Solbridge 학생들) 이에 이어 정선태 법제처장은 지난 3월 26일 우송대학교와 솔브릿지 국제대학을 직접 방문하여, 존 에디컷 총장, 조원권 학사부총장, 정상직 부총장 등을 만나 제2회 아시아법제포럼에 대한 홍보와 협력 방안을 논의하였다. Jeong, Sun-tae, Minister of Government Legislation visited Woosong University and SolBridge International School of Business in person on May 26 and met the president John E. Endicott, academic vice president Cho, won-kwon, vice president Jeong, sang-jik. He discussed measures to promote the 2nd Asian Forum of Legislative Information Affairs and cooperation for the forum with them. 앞으로도 법제처는 주한 상공회의소, 주한 기업인이나 유학생 등 주한 외국기업과 외국인에 대해 제2회 아시아법제포럼을 적극 홍보하여, 우리 법제에 대한 정보 제공을 확대하고 그 우수성을 알리며 나아가 우리 법제의 수출과 원조의 밑거름으로 삼을 예정이다. The Ministry of Government Legislation will take opportunities to provide extensive information on Korean legislation and impart its excellence and ultimately serve as a foundation for legislation export and legislative aid through actively promoting the 2nd Asian Forum of Legislative information Affairs among foreign chambers of commerce in Korea, international business people and international students in Korea.

제2회 아시아법제포럼 개최 기념 로스쿨 대상 논문 공모전 개최 Essay competition for law school students is held to celebrate the Asian Forum of Legislative Information Affairs. 법제처는 제2회 아시아법제포럼 개최를 기념하여 로스쿨 학생을 대상으로 논문 공모전을 개최한다. To celebrate 2nd the Asian Forum of Legislative Information Affairs, the Ministry of Government Legislation is to hold an essay competition for law school students. 공모주제는 아시아 국가간의 법제교류 활성화 방안, 다른 나라와 우리나라 법제도 선진화 비교 및 평가 등이며, 로스쿨 학생이라면 누구나 참여가 가능하고 해당 로스쿨과 협력하여 로스쿨 차원의 논문 제출도 가능하다. The themes of the competition include Measures to Promote Legislative Exchange among Asian Nations, Comparison and Evaluation of the Advancement of Legal Systems in Korea and other Nations. Any law student currently enrolled in an accredited law school in Korea is eligible for the competition and they may also submit papers at the level of law school in cooperation with their own law schools. 공모기한은 5. 11.(금)까지이며 최우수 논문에 대해서는 법제처장 표창과 함께 100만원의 상금이 수여될 예정이다. World Recent Legislative Affairs Trend(세계 각국의 최신 법제 동향)-Chile ▨ 칠레 55세 이상 고령자 고용을 위한 보조금지원 프로그램 도입 제안 Proposal to adopt a subsidy program for the employment of workers 55 years and older 히메나 비달(Ximena Vidal) 민주당(PPD) 의원은, 55세 이상 65세 미만 고령자의 고용을 위한 보조금 프로그램 도입에 관한 동의안을 하원에 제출했다. 이에 하원은 찬성 45표로 동의안을 승인하였다. Ximena Vidal, congressman of the Party for Democracy, submitted a resolution to adopt a subsidy program for the employment of workers 55 years and older and less than 65 years to the House of Representatives. The House of Representatives approved the resolution by 45 votes in favor. 동의안은 보조금 프로그램을 법안화하거나 지원프로그램을 도입할 것을 대통령과 노동부 장관, 사회개발부 장관에게 정식으로 통고할 수 있도록 하고 있다. The resolution proposes that the President, the Minister of Labor, and the Minister of Social Development prepare a bill for the subsidy program and to adopt the program. 현재 55세 이상 노인들의 고용에 대한 관련 법률이나 인센티브제도의 부재로 인구의 노령화 문제가 악화되고 있는 상황이라고 의원은 설명했다. 세계보건기구에 따르면 칠레는 라틴아메리카 지역에서 인구의 노령화가 가장 심각한 국가이다. The congressman explained that presently, the lack of acts relating to employment for workers 55 years and older and incentive programs for hiring them is exacerbating population ageing problem. According to the World Health Organization, Chile is the most rapidly ageing country in Latin America. 대상자의 요건은 근로자가 저소득가구 40%에 해당하는 가정의 구성원이어야 하며 근로자의 월소득이 법률이나 보조급지원프로그램의 담당기관이 지정하는 금액보다 낮아야 한다. World Recent Legislative Affairs Trend(세계 각국의 최신 법제 동향)-Spain ▨ 스페인, 소셜네트워크 상의 미성년자 보호에 관한 동의 의회 통과 Spain: A resolution to protect minors on social network sites was passed by the Congress 정부가 미성년자 보호와 관련하여 다양한 소셜네트워크와의 협약을 통해 인터넷 폭력을 예방하고 개인정보보호 및 인터넷에 유포된 이미지의 안전성 제고를 위한 기술·운영·법적 수단 검토 등의 역할을 강화하도록 촉구하는 내용의 동의안이 하원총회에서 만장일치로 통과되었다. A resolution to prevent online violence through a variety of agreements with online social networks in relation to minor protection and to strengthen functions such as technology, operation, legal procedures review to protect the privacy of personal information and to enhance the security of images that circulated online was passed unanimously by the General Meeting of House of Representatives. 동의안을 발의한 국민당(PP)은 사이버범죄(cyberbullying)에 대한 수사를 강화하기 위하여 해당 경찰력을 증강할 것을 행정부에 요청했다. The Party for Democracy that proposed the resolution requested that the Ministry of Administration increases police resources to strengthen investigation into cyberbullying. 현재 유럽 청년 및 청소년의 70%는 온라인에 접속한 시간의 대부분을 소셜네트워크 활동에 할애하고 있으며, 스페인의 경우 부모의 통제나 감독을 받지 아니한 채 소셜네트워크를 이용하고 있는 청년 및 청소년의 비율이 83%에 달해 사이버범죄 증가의 원인이 되는 것으로 조사되었다. Currently 70% of European youth and adolescents spend most of their time online on social networking activities.
