	Newly Upgraded the 2nd AFOLIA Homepage(제2회 아시아법제포럼 홈페이지 새 단장) Welcoming the move to host the 2nd Asian Forum of Legislative Information Affairs (AFOLIA), the official homepage of AFOLIA has been newly upgraded with new additional services. 제2회 아시아법제포럼 개최 D-100(3. 19.)을 맞이하여, 공식 홈페이지(http://afolia.moleg.go.kr/kr)를 제2회 중심으로 새 단장하여 서비스를 시작하였다. The newly upgraded homepage features new sections such as "AFOLIA together", "Newsletter", and "E-News", and it was also redesigned to make it more convenient for website users. 개편된 홈페이지에서는 ‘함께하는 AFOLIA', '뉴스레터’, ‘e-뉴스’ 등의 코너를 신설하고, 홈페이지 메인 화면을 이용자가 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 새롭게 구성하였다. MOLEG provides registration service for the 2nd AFOLIA that will take place from June 27 to 29 in KINTEX, Ilsan through the official homepage. 법제처는 아시아법제포럼 공식 홈페이지를 통해 오는 6월 27일부터 29일까지 일산 킨텍스에서 개최되는 제2회 아시아법제포럼의 참가 신청을 받고 있다. Those who want to attend AFOLIA may register for the forum through "AFOLIA registration" section on the webpage. 제2회 아시아법제포럼에 참여를 원하는 경우, 홈페이지의 ‘등록신청’ 코너를 통해 신청하면 된다.

	Minister of Government Legislation´s visit to Legislative Branches of the Commonwealth of Australia and New Zealand(법제처장, 뉴질랜드·오스트레일리아 법제기관 방문) Jeong, Sun-tae, Minister of Government Legislation, visited Ministry of Justice and the Parliament of New Zealand, and Ministry of Justice, Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency of Australia, the Council for the Australian Federation Secretariat from March 6 to 11 and discussed measures to improve legislative exchange and cooperation between the Republic of Korea and the Commonwealth of Australia, and between the Republic of Korea and New Zealand respectively. 정선태 법제처장은 3월 6일부터 11일까지 뉴질랜드 법무부와 뉴질랜드 연방의회, 호주 법무부, 호주 기후변화부와 연방의회사무처 등을 방문하여 한국과 뉴질랜드·호주 간의 법제 분야 교류·협력 방안을 논의하였다. For that purpose, draft MOUs is being submitted for review to each Ministry of Justice of New Zealand and Attorney-General of Australia. 이를 위하여 뉴질랜드 법무부와 호주 법무부에 각각 MOU 초안을 제안하여 상호 검토 중이다. Also, introducing the publication of the 60-year History of Economic Legislation of the Republic of Korea, he encouraged active participation and support for the 2nd AFOLIA(June27-29, in KITEX). 또한 「대한민국 경제법제 60년사」 발간 사례를 소개하면서, 제2회 아시아법제포럼(6.27.~6.29. 일산 킨텍스에서 개최)에 대한 적극적인 참여와 지지를 권유하였다. Additionally, they also made an on-the-spot visit to roadways representing advanced traffic management system such as construction, and operation of non-signalized roundabouts, three-light traffic signal, right-turn only traffic signal and collected information. 그 외에도 방문기간 중 녹색교통 현장에 나가 생활형 무신호 회전교차로(Roundabout)의 설치ㆍ운영, 삼색신호등ㆍ우회전전용신호등 체계의 운영 등 교통운영체계 선진화ㆍ생활화 현장을 견학하고, 자료를 수집하였다.

World Legislative Trend(세계 각국의 최신 법제 동향) - Saudi Arabia ▨ Saudi Arabia, A law allowing only women to work in lingerie shops in Saudi Arabia is coming into force.(사우디아라비아(여성속옷판매상점에서 여성점원만 근무하도록 하는 법 적용)) Saudi Arabia's government announced that as of May 1, 2012, it will begin enforcing a law that allows only females to work in women's lingerie shops. 사우디아라비아는 2012년 1월 5일부터 여성속옷판매점에 여성 직원만 근무할 수 있도록 할 예정이라고 발표하였다. In 2006, a law banning male staff from selling female underwear was promulgated. However, hard-line Islamic fundamentalists strongly opposed the law by claiming that men and women must not encounter each other in public places including shops. And the law failed to come into force. 2006년에 여성속옷과 화장품상점에 남성 직원이 근무할 수 없도록 하는 법(여성 직원만 근무할 수 있다는 내용)이 공포되었으나, 강경 원리주의자들이 남성과 여성이 상점을 포함한 공공장소에서 함께 마주쳐서는 안 된다는 이유로 이에 대하여 강하게 반대하여 시행되지 못하였다. The Ministry of Labour announced that at present over 28,000 women have applied for jobs in lingerie and accessory stores. 노동부는 현재 2만8천명 이상의 여성이 여성 속옷과 엑세서리 상점취업신청을 하였다고 밝혔다. Sheikh Abdel Aziz al-Sheikh, the top religious leader, interpreter of Islamic law, criticized the decision several times in public saying that it is prohibited by Islamic sharia law. World Legislative Trend(세계 각국의 최신 법제 동향) - Egypt ▨ Egypt: Egypt's Parliament has approved Presidential Elections Law amendments on Monday. 이집트(이집트 의회, 이집트 대통령선거법 개정안 통과) The amended presidential elections law amended the period of the presidency and conditions for candidates. According to the amendments, the period of the presidency is four years without additional presidential term and the rest of the conditions continue to exist. 이집트 의회는 월요일 대통령선거법 개정안을 통과시켰다. 개정된 새 대통령선거법은 기존의 법의 대통령임기와 입후보조건을 개정하였다. 개정된 내용에 따르면 대통령임기는 연임이 없는 4년이며, 나머지는 기존의 조건을 그대로 존속시켰다. It is required for whoever is elected president of the republic to be an Egyptian who has never held another citizenship, born of two Egyptian parents who have never held another citizenship, not married to a non-Egyptian, and not falling under the age of 40 years. 대통령선거에 입후보하는 자는 부모가 모두 이집트국적을 가진 이집트국민이어야 하고, 40세 이상의 자이어야 한다. 다른 국적을 취득하였거나 배우자가 외국인인 자는 대선에 입후보할 수 없다. More than a majority of lawmakers voted for adding this regulation to Article 30 of Presidential Elections Law. 오늘 회의에서는 기존에 시행한 대통령선거법 제30조에 이 규정을 추가하는 바에 대하여 의회의원들의 과반수이상이 찬성표를 던졌다.
