Hot issues of Session : ´Economic Development and Legislation´ Programs for exchanges and sharing of legislation experiences related to economic development will be introduced in Session Ⅳ(November 10. 14:00~18:00) at premium Hall, Convensia. Ministry of Strategy and Finance is going to present 'Knowledge Sharing Program' in order to share intangible knowledge and system with Asia countries. And Nagoya University will introduce 'The legislative improvement support program' for developing countries operated in Japan and Moleg plan to consider Korean economic development in legislative aspects. 11월 10일(14:00~18:00) 송도 컨벤시아 프리미엄홀에서 논의되는 세션 Ⅳ ‘경제발전과 법제’에서는 경제발전과 관련된 법제경험의 교류․공유를 위한 사업과 사례를 소개합니다. 이 회의에서 기획재정부는 무형의 제도와 지식에 관한 ‘지식공유사업’을, 일본 나고야 대학은 경제개발국에 대한 ‘법정비지원사업’을 소개하여 아시아 각국과 공유하고, 법제처는 한국의 경제발전을 법제적 측면에서 조망할 예정입니다. 자세한 사항은 아시아법제포럼 공식홈페이지를 참고하시기 바랍니다.

Minister´s Walk

Mr. Jeong SunTae, the Minister of Government legislation delivered a speech on the topic of "Dream and Challenge of would-be lawyers" at School of Law of Seoul National University on October 6. He reviewed the current condition and the importance of legislation and presented his opinion that it is necessary for government to employ legal experts from now on.
